You've spent thousands trying to understand your symptoms. You've changed your diet or tried fasting. You've worked with different practitioners, and you've put real effort into finding answers.
And you're still wondering what to do next.
Some of you already know German New Medicine. You recognize a conflict theme in your life. You can explain it, but when the situation happens again, you still have the same reaction.
Knowing the conflict is a beginning. Learning how to work with it takes inquiry.
That's why I built Quintessence Academy.
I'm Brandon Bozarth. I've been guiding this work for 10 years and have worked with over a thousand clients. I've received more than 300 testimonials and held over 16 retreats and events across more than five countries.
In my work, we explore how you perceive a situation and what you believe it means about you. We look at identities formed through earlier experiences, including childhood, that you haven't fully examined.
You can know where a story began and still feel it in your body when someone says a particular thing to you.
Through Integrated Somatic Inquiry, we return to a specific scene. We examine the story and the identity involved, and bring attention to the emotion as you actually feel it. The purpose is to investigate that experience directly, beyond having an explanation for it.
We use GNM to explore a possible conflict theme and a DHS, the framework's term for an unexpected conflict shock. These are working hypotheses. They don't establish the cause of a symptom, and GNM's disease explanations are not scientifically established.
You don't need to spend years studying GNM before you begin inquiry here.
Our app helps you organize a starting point. In your first week, you take your analysis and create a Conflict Theme Card. You put your working hypothesis into words and post it in the group for feedback.
Then come to a live call.
Members volunteer, and we work with the situations they bring. You see how inquiry unfolds and learn from their case studies. You can volunteer too, although an individual turn on a call isn't guaranteed.
Over your first 90 days, you build on that starting point. You examine your timeline and refine your card. You learn the Circle of Inquiry and begin practicing with support.
And you bring it into the relationships where these patterns show up. You observe what happens when you question a familiar story and respond differently in an actual conversation.
Set aside about two and a half hours each week, including the live calls. If you miss a call, the replay is there for you.
When you get stuck, bring the specific point to the community or a live call. You also have worksheets and inquiry tools to support your practice.
If you want individual support, our directory connects you with apprentices and qualified ISI practitioners. Some apprentice practice sessions are free, sometimes with a refundable deposit. Other sessions have their own fees. Individual appointments are arranged separately from membership.
I've seen people report meaningful changes through this work. Stephanie described her IBS symptoms disappearing in the days after our session. Sarah, who worked with me around neck pain, reported being pain free after our conversation, including after traveling.
Those are their experiences. They aren't a promise of what will happen for you.
This is education and voluntary inquiry. It doesn't diagnose or treat disease, and it doesn't replace medical care. Keep working with qualified healthcare professionals.
You can come with skepticism. Bring your questions. What I ask is that you're willing to examine your experience honestly and participate in the work. A lack of symptom improvement doesn't mean you failed.
When I say, "Stop healing. Start resolving," I'm inviting you to investigate the conflict you're living and learn how to work with it.
You can try one free analysis in the GNM app. Or experience Quintessence with a 14-day membership trial.
During those 14 days, you can complete your analysis and create your card. You can get feedback and attend the scheduled live calls, so you have something real to base your decision on.
The trial requires a card. The first 20 new members receive $129 a month after the trial and keep that rate while continuously subscribed. After those places are filled, new signups are $197 a month.
Your enrollment screen will show your rate and first billing date. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

A familiar search
You've spent enough time searching without knowing what to do next
You've tried diets and fasting. You've spent money on supplements or worked with different practitioners. You've explored therapy, conventional medicine, or GNM itself, and you're still looking for a way to work with what you're experiencing.
The search takes up more than money. It takes up your attention, and it affects how you show up in your relationships.
Some of you can already name a conflict theme. You recognize the pattern and still find yourself reacting the same way when it happens again.
Quintessence is where we investigate that gap between understanding a pattern and knowing how to work with it.
Beyond recognition
Knowing the conflict is a beginning
In my work, we explore the perception and identity involved in a recurring conflict. That includes beliefs about yourself formed in earlier experiences, including childhood, that you haven't fully examined.
You can understand a story intellectually and still feel its pull in a particular situation.
Through Integrated Somatic Inquiry, we return to a specific scene. We examine what you believe it means about you and bring attention to the emotion as you feel it in your body. The inquiry gives you a way to investigate your experience beyond explaining it.
We use GNM to propose conflict themes and explore a DHS, the term that framework uses for an unexpected conflict shock. Those connections are working hypotheses to examine, rather than a medical determination of what caused your symptoms.

Your Path
Start where you are.
You arrive with your own experience. Your Path helps you find a starting point in the classroom, so you can build on what you already understand.
Take the optional placement quiz inside your account. If you're new to GNM, begin with the foundations. If you've studied it before, the quiz helps identify your starting point and lessons to review.
You can skip the quiz and keep browsing the course. Your Conflict Theme Card gives you a common reference as you move into inquiry.

Complete your analysis
Use the GNM app to explore a possible conflict theme. The AI helps organize a starting point, so you can begin inquiry without first becoming deeply versed in GNM. Its output does not diagnose a condition or establish its cause.
Create your Conflict Theme Card
Describe your working hypothesis and the situation you want to explore. Post your card in the group for feedback. Keep refining it as you learn what fits your experience and what doesn't.
Come to a live call
Watch the work unfold with volunteer members. See how a general conflict theme becomes a specific scene for inquiry, and bring what you notice back to your own case.
You can volunteer. An individual turn on a call is not guaranteed, and private sessions are separate from membership.
Try the school
Experience the work during your 14-day trial
During the trial you can complete your analysis and create your Conflict Theme Card. You can get feedback and attend the scheduled live calls.
Use that time to see how the school works and whether you want to continue participating.
Plan for about 2.5 hours a week in total, including live calls.

A pace for learning
Your first 90 days
Develop and test your working hypothesis
Begin with the GNM framework and your Conflict Theme Card. Explore a concrete scene, build your timeline, and notice situations associated with the pattern. Use what you observe to refine your hypothesis and identify questions that need support.
Learn the Circle of Inquiry
Study the foundations of inquiry, then learn your way around the Circle. Distinguish what happened from the story you tell about it. Examine the identity involved and bring attention to the emotion you experience in your body.
Practice with support and bring it into your relationships
Work with your card and worksheet as your understanding develops. Bring stuck points to the community and live calls. Explore what changes in everyday interactions when you question a familiar story and respond differently.
The 90-day structure is a learning pace, not a deadline for a health outcome. You can take more time, and membership continues while your subscription is active.
The classroom is still being expanded. The biological male design and global Quintessence modules are currently marked "Coming Soon."
Levels of support
Support when you get stuck
Inside your membership
Bring your card and questions to the community. Learn through live group calls with Brandon, Annalea Jayne, and Sean Michael, including conflict-theme discussion and volunteer inquiry. Return to the replays, organized by month with the title and date of each call.
Use the GNM app alongside the Circle of Inquiry worksheet. The Guide offers AI inquiry questions and is a working prototype; it does not replace a skilled facilitator.
The classroom and replays are in Meridian, available on the web and iPhone. The orientation also directs you to the Telegram community for questions between calls.
Individual support you can arrange separately
The Levels of Support directory connects you with ISI apprentices and qualified practitioners. Some apprentices offer free practice sessions; others charge a training rate. Certain free sessions require a refundable deposit. Check the person's current terms before booking.
You can also explore individual support with teachers, or mineral and nutritional support with Anna Dillinger. Each provider handles their own fees and arrangements. These individual services are separate from your membership.

The experience behind the school

I'm Brandon Bozarth, founder of Integrated Somatic Inquiry.
I've guided this work for 10 years and worked with over 1,000 clients. I've received more than 300 testimonials and held over 16 retreats and events across more than five countries.
My background includes mentorship from Peter Crone and Byron Katie. I've also been mentored by a doctor who worked alongside Dr. Hamer, whose name I do not share publicly.
I apprenticed under a master trainer from MITT and attended intensives in bioenergetics and psycho-neuro energetics, as well as High Vibe Holonomics.
Quintessence brings my inquiry work into a school where you can learn through your own experience and the cases we explore together.
Client experiences
Experiences from my work
My IBS symptoms disappeared.
Stephanie Marwil
Stephanie described changes in the days following an inquiry session with me.
I've been totally pain free since our conversation.
Sarah Tempe
Sarah worked with me around neck pain. She reported continued relief after traveling, which she said usually intensified her pain and fatigue.
Shared with permission. These are individual client reports from my work, not promised outcomes from Academy membership. Experiences vary.
Participation
Come with questions and a willingness to look
This school is for people who have searched for answers and are willing to examine their own experience honestly. That includes looking at a familiar belief even when you've held it for years.
Skepticism is welcome. You don't have to accept an analysis because it came from me or an AI tool. Bring your questions and examine what fits.
You will need to participate. If you want someone to guarantee an outcome or do the inquiry for you, this membership won't meet that expectation. A lack of symptom improvement is not evidence that you failed to be honest or try hard enough.
Ongoing membership

Before you begin
Questions before you join
Do I need to study GNM first?
No. Start with your analysis and learn the framework as you work with your card. AI helps organize the inquiry; it does not establish the cause of a symptom.
What am I paying for?
The ongoing school, including its curriculum and live group calls, with replays and member inquiry tools. You can bring questions to the community and get feedback on your working hypothesis. Individual appointments with practitioners or apprentices are arranged separately.
Can I do this if I miss the live calls?
You can watch the replays and post questions in the community. Live calls give you the opportunity to participate in the discussion and volunteer for inquiry.
Is GNM a medically established explanation for symptoms?
No. GNM's proposed disease explanations are not scientifically established. Here, they are a framework for educational exploration. Neither an analysis nor a perceived connection proves what caused a medical condition.
Is this medical advice or treatment?
Quintessence provides education and voluntary self-inquiry. It does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, heal or prevent disease, and it does not guarantee symptom relief. Continue appropriate professional healthcare. Do not stop or change treatment because of the course, an AI output, or a group discussion.
What happens after 90 days?
You can continue learning and participating while your membership is active. The first 90 days provide a structure; they don't limit your membership to three months.
I'm transferring from Bio-Skool. Does this pricing apply to me?
Use your personal enrollment invitation. Your approved transfer pricing, prepaid time or complimentary access is handled separately.
